Cooking Instructions:

 In a pan, heat 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, add the rice, and toast it for a few minutes.

Add water equal to the amount in the jar and let it evaporate. Gradually add 800 ml of water, stirring frequently until the rice is fully cooked.

Once cooked, remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
